Appointments for Visas

Information on all types of visas to the United States is available through our call center. To reach the call center, you need to first purchase a phone card from  an authorized distributor. Click here for a list of distributors.

To make an appointment for a non-immigrant visa (tourist, student, business) you must use this service. Information on immigrant visas and diversity visas is also available from this service; however appointments for these types of visas are scheduled in the United States and applicants are notified by mail.

Note:  Please do not call to inquire about friends or who have been refused a non-immigrant visa.  Under U.S. law, visa records are treated as confidential, and we cannot discuss non-immigrant visa cases, including refusals or issuances.
