Visa information and appointment services 

Information on all types of visas to the United States is available through our call center. To reach the call center, you need to first purchase a phone card from  an authorized distributor. Click here for a list of distributors.

To make an appointment for a non-immigrant visa (tourist, student, business) you must use this service. Information on immigrant visas and diversity visas is also available from this service; however appointments for these types of visas are scheduled in the United States and applicants are notified by mail.

Note: Please do not call to inquire about friends or family members who have been refused a non-immigrant visa.  Under U.S. law, visa records are treated as confidential, and we cannot discuss non-immigrant visa cases, including refusals or issuances.
